Cameo brings over two decades of distinguished site management experience in Hawaiʻi, paired with an unwavering commitment to excellence in community association management. A highly credentialed industry leader, she holds multiple respected certifications, including the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®) and Association Management Specialist (AMS®) designations from the Community Associations Institute (CAI), both nationally and internationally recognized. Her technical expertise is further strengthened by her credentials as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and a National Swimming Pool Foundation Certified Pool–Spa Inspector (CPSI).
Cameo is a Notary Public for the State of Hawaiʻi and a proud graduate of the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in 1998.
Drawing from her experience as an industry professional, association board member, and homeowner, Cameo brings a rare, well-rounded understanding of community associations. Her leadership extends beyond daily operations, including a two-year term on the Community Associations Institute Global Managers Council, where she helped shape industry standards and global initiatives.
Among her most notable industry achievements, Cameo was honored with CAI’s “Author of the Year” Award (2026) for her contribution to the nationally published and internationally referenced Community Association Manager Handbook: The Essential Guide, released in 2025 by CAI Press. This recognition underscores her reputation as a trusted authority, thought leader, and advocate for professionalism within the community association industry.
