Cameo DeCosta Fong

Founding Partner & CEO, Cameo Fong, brings over 20 years of site management experience here in Hawaii. She holds various industry certifications, including the nationally and internationally recognized Community Associations Institute’s Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) and Association Management Specialist (AMS) designations. She also has certifications as a Certified Pool Operator (CPO) and a NSPF Certified Pool-Spa Inspector (CPSI). Cameo is a Notary Public for the state of Hawaii and graduated from UH-Manoa in 1998.

As an experienced industry professional, an association board member, and a homeowner, she provides a well-rounded perspective and understanding of association management. Cameo also served two years on the Community Associations Institute’s Global Manager’s Council, contributing her expertise to industry-wide initiatives and standards. She was formerly the CEO and Senior Manager of her family's site management company.

Chantel DeCosta Escobido

Founding Partner & CFO, Chantel Escobido, brings over a decade of association management company experience and has worn a variety of hats in the industry. Chantel began her career in real estate in the 90’s at Monroe & Friedlander, CBRE, and General Growth Properties Hawaii. Chantel also brings experience as the former CFO of the family's  site management company.  Chantel is very well liked and respected by all vendors, contractors, and property managers.
