A Legacy Built on Service

Angel’s Site Management Solutions was established in 2021 in honor of Angel DeCosta, who laid the groundwork for the family’s site management legacy more than 18 years prior to her passing in 2020. Angel was known for her dedication, integrity, and deep commitment to the communities she served—values that remain at the heart of ASMS today.

The company is led by Angel’s daughters, Chantel DeCosta Escobido and Cameo DeCosta Fong, who spent nearly two decades working alongside their mother. Under their leadership, ASMS continues to uphold the high standards she set, combining proven systems with a personal, hands-on approach that communities can trust.

Bringing Site Management to Maui

As part of ASMS’s continued expansion, Chantel and Cameo have partnered with Mandy Trella to lead operations on Maui. A Maui native and member of the DeCosta family, Mandy brings both strong local leadership and deep industry insight to the role.

Mandy’s professional background as a Realtor Broker with Coldwell Banker Island Properties and co-owner of a Maui-based real estate appraisal company provides her with a unique perspective on property value, timelines, and execution—an advantage she brings to every community she manages. Her understanding of how operational decisions impact long-term asset value allows for proactive, informed site management tailored to Maui’s distinct market.

Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Francisco State University and brings a disciplined, solutions-focused approach to daily operations. Under her leadership, Maui communities benefit from ASMS’s proven systems combined with hands-on, locally informed oversight.
